Worship Updates
We are again worshipping in person and look forward to greeting you on Sunday mornings. However, we are also continuing to provide Zoom worship via live stream on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:00 a.m. A Zoom link is available on our Calendar of Events page.
What do I need to participate before the events?
1. A computer, iPad or phone (iOS or Android smartphones)
2. Access to the Internet.
3. On mobile devices (iPad or phones), the Zoom Cloud Meetings app. The app is available in the Apple Store or Google Play store at no charge.
4. On a PC or Mac, go to www.zoom.com. Click on the Resources area in the black band at the top. Download the Zoom Client.
How will I participate on Zoom? There are several ways! The access information is found on our web page: https://www.christevangelicallutheranchurch.com/calendar-of-events. Click on the event link in the calendar to get the access code. Please check your email or contact the church office for the password.
1. On a mobile device:
a. Open the Zoom Cloud Meetings app. Enter the meeting id:
b. Allow your device to use video and audio.
2. On a computer:
a. Copy and paste the meeting address:
b. If you downloaded the Zoom Client (see above), a popup box will appear. Click Open Zoom.
c. Allow the device to use your video and audio.
3. Keep in mind that this is an online event; however, it may be possible for you to invite a family member, friend, home-bound member, or neighbor to call your landline or cell phone while you are participating in the online worship. At least, they will be able to hear God's word via audio and have contact with others. Please think about inviting them to call you or you call them on Sunday morning.
